Delivery & Installation
Our standard delivery time for furniture orders is approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Once your order is ready, our professional delivery team will bring your items directly to your room of choice, so there’s absolutely no heavy lifting required on your part.
For added convenience, we also offer an optional assembly service, carried out by our own in-house team of experienced installers. You can select this service at checkout under the Add-ons section to have your furniture expertly assembled and ready to use upon delivery.
Returns
We’re unable to accept returns on furniture items unless they are found to be faulty or damaged. This is because each piece is carefully made to order and inspected prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing fault or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue. Our customer care team will review your case promptly and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
